Pest picker

Pick what you have seen. We will tell you which plan covers it.

Choose as many as you like from the 24 pests below. The plan that appears covers every one of them, and it says why.

Common Household

Biting & Stinging

Nuisance & Invasive

Structural & Garden

How the picker decides: termites and rodents are covered on Termite Shield; mosquitoes and German cockroaches on Complete; everything else on Quarterly. Each plan includes everything in the one before it. Wood-boring beetles, and drywood colonies too large for spot treatment, are quoted after the inspection.

The picker needs JavaScript to choose a plan. The rule above is the whole logic.

Service plans

Three plans. They differ by how often we come and what we cover.

Every price is published. Each plan includes everything in the one before it, and the first visit starts with the free inspection.

How a visit works

Inspect. Treat. Seal. Monitor.

The same four steps on every plan, in the same order, written down on the ticket you keep.

  1. An inspector lit by a headlamp leans into attic insulation with a flashlight

    01

    Inspect

Attic, garage, foundation, plumbing, every door and window. You get a written summary and a plan recommendation before anything is applied.

  2. 02

    Treat

Baits in cracks, a non-repellent band at the foundation, granules in the beds: where pests live and travel, not a fog over everything. Products applied according to label directions, with pet and child safety in mind.

  3. A man in a gray hoodie runs a bead of caulk along the top of a white cabinet beside a window frame

    03

    Seal

Gaps around pipes, vents, door sweeps and roof returns get sealed, so pests stop walking in. A sealed gap keeps working between visits.

  4. 04

    Monitor

Termite and rodent stations are checked at every visit, and every visit ends with a service ticket listing what was applied and where.

Buying or selling in Pinellas

The WDO report, explained before your closing date

A Wood-Destroying Organism inspection looks for termites, powderpost beetles, old house borers and wood-decaying fungi. Many lenders ask for one, and every buyer should read it. Here is what ours covers.

  • Written on the state form, FDACS-13645, with a copy kept for three years
  • Every area we could not inspect, and the reason, listed in writing
  • Live insects, visible damage and signs of past treatment, each reported on its own line
  • A notice posted next to the attic or crawl-space access, so the next inspector knows we were there

WDO inspection: $125 for most homes up to 2,500 square feet. Sample price, demo site.

Service area

Five cities, one county, one climate

Every technician lives in Pinellas County and works the same five cities every week, so the next-day promise is about short drives, not long shifts.

Schematic, not to scale.

St. Petersburg

Home base. Bungalows in Old Northeast and Kenwood, slab homes in Shore Acres and the Westside, and a lot of older wood framing that termites like.

Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 seen from the air, with hotels along the white sand

Clearwater

From Countryside to the beach. Salt air, irrigation and dense landscaping keep palmetto bugs and ants busy most of the year.

Pinellas Park

Ten minutes up the road. Ranch homes on slabs under mature oaks: ant trails and roof rats are the usual calls.

Largo

Central Pinellas, with the Pinellas Trail running through it. Plenty of 1960s and 70s homes due for a fresh termite look.

Seminole

Lake Seminole and the bayou edges mean standing water, so mosquito season starts here early.

What homeowners say

Sample reviews

Sample review

“We were two weeks from closing when the lender asked for a WDO report. The inspector came the next morning, and the report was in our agent's inbox that afternoon. Clear, readable, no drama.”

Seller, Old Northeast bungalow

Sample review

“The forecast said fire ants were climbing in March, and sure enough the side yard erupted after the first rain. They baited the lawn and treated the mounds by the swing set that same week.”

Homeowner, Largo

Sample review

“A man knocked on our door saying he was from the pest company. I asked for the state ID card and he left. The real technician showed his card before I even asked.”

Questions

Straight answers

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. A technician spends about 30 minutes inside and around the home, tells you what they found and which plan, if any, makes sense, and leaves a written summary. There is no charge and no obligation. A WDO inspection for a home sale is different: it is a paid report on the state form.

How do I know the person at my door works for you?

Florida requires everyone who performs or sells pest control to carry a state-issued identification card with a photo and to show it when you ask. Our technicians show it before you ask. We also do not sell door to door. If you are unsure, call (727) 555-0161 before you open the door, or use the Verify a technician page.

How long until children and pets can go back outside?

The product label sets the time, and the technician tells you before leaving. For most outdoor perimeter treatments, the label asks people and pets to stay off treated surfaces until they are dry. Products are applied according to label directions, with pet and child safety in mind. The Health and Safety page has the details, including aquariums.

What is a WDO inspection, and do I need one to sell my home?

It is an inspection for termites and other wood-destroying organisms, written up on the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services form FDACS-13645. Many lenders ask for one before closing, and buyers often order one even when the lender does not. The WDO inspection page explains what the report covers.

Do you tent homes for drywood termites?

No. We do not perform fumigation. We treat small drywood termite colonies we can reach, and if your home needs whole-structure fumigation, we tell you so and explain how to choose a licensed fumigation company.

What happens if pests come back between visits?

So do we, at no extra cost. Call or text and we schedule a re-service, usually within a few days. That promise is written into every plan.

Is your mosquito service the same as the county's spraying?

No. Pinellas County runs its own mosquito control program across the county. Our service treats the shady resting spots and the standing water in your yard, monthly from April to October on the Complete plan. The two work side by side.

Which areas do you serve?

St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Clearwater, Largo and Seminole. If you live just outside those cities, call (727) 555-0161 and ask before booking.
