Straight answers

What the plans do not cover

Whole-structure fumigation
We do not fumigate. If drywood termites need a tent, we tell you and explain how to choose a licensed fumigation company.
Powderpost beetles in wood
Inspected and quoted separately, because the treatment depends on the wood and its finish.
Bed bugs
Not offered. They need a dedicated program of their own, and we would rather say so than do it halfway.
Raccoons, squirrels and other wildlife
Not offered. We point out the entry points we find and suggest calling a licensed wildlife trapper.

If pests come back between visits, so do we, at no extra cost.
